We handle the essentials, so you don’t have to. We’ll scrub down your kitchen, tackling sticky counters and wiping out the sink, then hit the bathroom to clean the toilet, sink, and shower till they’re grime-free.
Common areas like the living room and hallways get a solid once-over too, vacuuming or mopping floors, dusting shelves, and clearing off surfaces. Our team shows up with good tools and decent cleaning stuff, getting rid of everyday dirt and mess without any fuss. It’s not a showroom finish, but it’s a clean, livable space you can feel good about coming home to.

It is highly advisable for you to be present during the initial cleaning of your booking in order to familiarize your cleaner with your home. While some clients opt to provide a spare key to their cleaner, this choice ultimately depends on personal preferences. Please be aware that Les Poppins does not engage in any aspect of key management.
We recommend to have the following essential supplies at home:Vacuum cleaner and a mop, Cleaning cloths, Feather duster, Scratch-free sponge, Toilet Cleaner, Limescale remover, All-Purpose cleaner and Fat solvent
Further cleaning supplies are required for additional cleaning services, such as:
Interior window cleaning: Glass cleaner
Oven cleaning: Oven cleaner and sponge
Our standard service does not include:
Deep cleaning appliances
Wall or ceiling cleaning
Carpet or upholstery cleaning
Outdoor cleaning (balconies, windows, patios)
To maximize efficiency, we recommend Decluttering personal items, Securing valuables and important documents, Ensuring easy access to the cleaning areas, Ensuring that you inform the cleaner about the location of your cleaning supplies and communicating any specific preferences or surfaces that require special attention.
Same-day bookings are typically not possible, but we will try to accommodate urgent requests based on cleaner availability. Contact us early for the best chance of securing a cleaner.
